The flooring specification called for a cost-effective and durable system to transform the existing power-floated concrete parking deck into a premier parking deck with orange peel finish for safety and easy to maintain features. Crack lines were also visible on the site prior to application. Existing coating at the ticketing entrance and exit areas also peeled off easily and were highly worn off.

As it is seamless, it is easy to clean and maintain. The orange peel textured finish is also a better anti-slip alternative finishing for clients who take slip and fall hazards seriously as it is less rough in comparison to the conventional silica quartz non-slip finish.
